We popped over to the Disley branch last week to have a catch up with our Care Manager, Florence about her time at LilyRose and her thoughts on the future of LilyRose
When did you start your journey with LilyRose?
I embarked on my wonderful journey with Lily Rose Care Group two years back, and every moment since has been filled with joy and fulfillment.
How would you describe your journey so far?
After taking a break from 15 years of experience in IT and research in the health industry, I started with LilyRose. It’s been quite a journey! So far, it’s been a thrilling ride, filled with growth, challenges, and memorable moments.
How would you describe your team?
Our team is diverse, dedicated, and passionate about what we do. Each member brings unique skills and perspectives to the table, making us a formidable force.
What are your wishes for the future of LilyRose?
For the future of LilyRose, my wish is continued success and expansion, reaching even more people and making a positive impact on their lives.
What are your aspirations for the future?
As for my aspirations, I hope to keep evolving and improving to better serve our service users and contribute to the company’s goals.
What do you like to do to unwind?
To unwind, I enjoy cooking, going for walks in nature, and occasionally indulging in a good movie, but I tend to fall asleep within a couple of minutes.
Where is your favorite place to visit?
My favorite place to visit is anywhere with beautiful countryside scenery like Disley.

A fun fact about me: You should seriously ask my family, friends, or colleagues! Ha! Ha! Ha!
What is your favorite song to dance to?
I don’t have a favorite song to dance to, but anything with a catchy beat and rhythm will get me moving.

If I pulled up next to you at the traffic lights, what song would you be singing along to loudly in your car?
If you pulled up next to me at a traffic light, you might catch me singing along loudly to a Tamil song, which might sound like an alien language vibe to you, so it’s probably best if you don’t. Ha! Ha! Ha! “
