When did you start your journey with LilyRose?

I started with LilyRose in April 2020, I started as a care coordinator and have worked my way up to Care Manager.

How would you describe your journey so far?

It has been extremely rewarding but definitely challenging with trying to set up a new office during a pandemic, but with a great team, coffee and laughter I have survived. I have met some amazing people along the way and made some valuable relationships with other health professionals.

How would you describe your team?

My team are strong, reliable, compassionate and go above and beyond for our clients. I am extremely proud of them. I like to get to know each team member on a personal level to make them feel valued and not just a payroll number.

What are your wishes for the future of LilyRose?

For Lilyrose to continue to grow. To keep the amazing reputation we have and continue to provide a excellent service.

What are your aspirations for the future?

To gain a outstanding CQC inspection report and continue to grow in a safe and effective pace whilst delivering excellent care within the community

What do you do to unwind?

I like to be active, taking long walks and spending time at competitions with our horses

I love crafting and currently in the process of building a miniature dolls house.
