When did you start your journey with LilyRose?

I started with LilyRose in 2016, I had been employed by the previous company as a Senior and have now worked my way up to Care Manager

How would you describe your journey so far?

It has been good, I am happy in my current position as Care Manager, I enjoy working for LilyRose and feel I have learnt a lot along the way

How would you describe your team?

Amazing, they are all very caring and never afraid to help out when there is a problem. I am so proud of them all.

What are your wishes for the future of LilyRose?

I would love to expand the company across the area and for my team to be recognised for their hard work, kindness and compassion.

What are your aspirations for the future?

I would like for LilyRose to grow and have recognition for the service it provides

What do you do to unwind?

I enjoy swimming, going to the gym,walking and visiting country pubs.

Where is your favorite place to visit?

I love spending time in my local countryside and visiting the Lake District

I grew up on a farm, When I was a child I used to ride my horse to the local pub to buy a chocolate bar
